Architecture Services

At CanPlan we provide advice on all aspects of the design process from the brief concept preparation through to final drawings and construction supervision.

The first consultation with you is focused on the vision of your idea, where we will advise you on budget, design and planning issues and agree on a scope of work from which we will then follow up this meeting by sending you a free no, obligations written quote before proceeding to undertake any work.

Our design service starts with sketch designs, then planning drawings and finishing with detailed construction drawings.

​

We offer a stage-by-stage process, with each service leading into the next. The stages of work are as follows;

• Stage 1 – Sketch designs, Site Analysis and Design model

• Stage 2 – Survey, Planning drawings and planning application

• Stage 3 – Building drawings, specifications and management of Tender Process

• Stage 4 – Inspection and Certification of Work see ‘Construction Supervision / Inspection’

You can choose to have any single stage of work, have just two stages or choose a full service with all stages; we have the experience to know that all jobs and clients needs are different. We will take the time to advise you on what is best for your personal situation without bias.
