​At CanPlan, we assess vacant properties to evaluate their current status and advise on the process to see what is required to move forward in applying for the grant. Our prices start from €200, exclusive of VAT, for a dwelling. However, the location must be confirmed to ensure it is in our coverage area.

A summary at the end of the assessment will provide a general list of remedial works required to remedy all significant areas of disrepair or regulation breaches where relevant and transform the current property to a good habitable standard.

The final report, which can be additionally ordered if requested, comprehensively describes the condition of the property under separate headings. It summarises the overall condition of each building element and makes recommendations to remedy any defects or areas of disrepair.
